WTB Pleco Raleigh NC

well I don't know much about Pleco's but I would like to get one for my 75 gallon tank. The current stock is a few Blood Parrots, a green Severum, a Jack Dempsey ( who will soon be retanked ), and about 25-30 corydoryas.

I'd like to get a fairly interesting looking one, I can get common plecos at petsmart...

I have a large piece of driftwood in the tank and it is lightly planted.

How about a nice L240 ? They are not too expensive, are easy to care for (I have 4, so they can't be that hard to keep !), and they are very showy. Here's a pic of 1 of mine. Good luck.

If you have a JD, "a few BP's", and a possible Oscar (from one of your other posts) I would add neither cories nor a BN as both would be fodder.

There's someone in Greensboro selling some L144 plecos. There's not much info on them out there, but I think their care is the same as regular bristlenose plecos. I'm thinking of getting some as soon as I get settled in.

Had you read the other post you would know that the oscar is going into his own 72 gallon. Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. :thumbsup:
