Pleco

I have a normal pleco and have had him for about 5 months now he's in a 60 gal tank and all my water levels seem right I added some new fish almost 2 weeks about and like all my others besides pleco they were wild caught they all seemed to have ich so I treated that but most of them passed sadly including my existing fish I now only have 1 stripped minow and the pleco in the tank but he has almost a white cloudy stuff on his eyes I've looked and only found things that didn't look the same and was wondering if anyone would have any idea as to what is happening and ways to treat and prevent this in the future.ive also cleaned my substrate and entire tank not long ago to try and get right of my green build up but it came right back and didn't know if this could be a clue towards the issue
