Power Head/Air Stone Question

I am starting up a 75 gallon tank with a Penquin 400 HOB filter, (an upgrade from my old 55 gallon) and I am considering using either another filter, a power head or an air stone. It seems as though the power heads are only used with undergravel filters. Any thoughts on using a power head or an air stone simply for the fishes pleasure, or would I be better off using another filter? If you think a filter is better, any suggestion on which type.

Firstly forget the airstone unless you want the pretty bubbles. Id go with a second filter myself, the powerhead with some tubbing to create some current on the bottom 1/2 of the tank.
