power heads any good?

They're very reliable, but have very concentrated flow compared to some of the newer powerhead designs, such as the Hydor Koralia powerheads.
 
I agree^...they're excellent powerheads but are better suited for targeted areas such as behind/between live rock and other places that don't get enough water flow.
 
Would 2 of them be ok in a 29g FOWLR tank? My wife is wanting me to save a little money if possible and these are relativily inexpensive at Pet Mountain.
 
I've got a 90 gal tank and plan on using 4 of them with the upgrade kits and a wave maker by Red Sea called the Wavemaster Pro. If I find I need more water movement, I have 4 Hydor Koralia 4's for more circulation, not to mention the return from the sump.
