I have a sewiella (hill stream coach) in a 20gal. Tank at the moment and as soon as I finish setting up my 30 breeder 36 x 18 x 12 it will live there. My question is what size should I use, or if I should use a powerhead at all? I will be running duel horn aqueon whisper quiet 30's (good for 45gal solo.) Lab rated at 200 gallons per hour.

I have my sewellias' in my 46BF community tank, and all I use for flow are 2 x AC 70 filters. They spawn quite frequently in this set up. Temp is at 80° (I know, water is sposed to be cooler, but tank has been this way over 4 years, and they are fine). In my pleco tanks (40Bs) I use the small koralia water pumps for flow, and they are very reliable and easy to maintain (basically no maintenance). They come in a variety of sizes. Either way would be fine. Good luck.

Thank you! I am greatful for your reply. I guess I will just continue without one since I am running duel filters. Is there any sign's to watch for just incase?

Not really, maybe tattered fins, but I am pretty sure you will be fine.
