I have a question regarding my Female balloon molly.
She is swiming around face pointed down towards the bottom of the tank, and flicking herself on the bottom of the tank.
She is also pregnant quite big, i would say ready to drop.
Could it be a question of the presure on her swim bladder forcing her to float this way, or is it constipation?
All my water levels are fine in the tank.

As long as your water is fine, the problem is probably pressure on the swim bladder. I have a ballon molly that has been swimming verticaly for a few months now. Mine probably has damage to her swim bladder. There really isn't anything you can do.

The one thing that you can do is just care for her and any offspring that manage to survive.

Then when the day comes that she's gone, DO NOT buy any more "ALTERED" fish like that. While the Balloon type fish may look cool, they basically suffer through life because of the fact that their swim bladders have been altered.

I agree with tetrafreak. You can stop buying fish strains that have been altered to the point that they can barely survive even in a predator free environment. Sorry to sound harsh. "ballon" type fish disgust me.
