Is it possible? This is the type of fish I received for a valentines present from my LFS;
It looked normal but liked to hide in a small rock alcove. he (i mean she) would come out and eat just fine, swim a bit and go back to her cave. I noticed she "dug" out some room b/c I could see where the crushed coral had blown on some rocks nearby.
I was looking for her a few days ago and though she was dead b/c she was sitting in the cave standing on her tail facing straight up and her color looked a bit pale. As I moved a rock to attempt to retrieve her she swam out and had a huge belly on her. She looked just like the black molly's I used to cycle the tank with that had hundreds of baby's. She was still eating as of a few days ago she came out with her huge belly and ate some flake food and went back to her cave.
Any ideas or suggestions? is this even plausable? Thanks.
