Pregnant Gup & dropsy?

I have a pregnant guppy, shes almost a month pregnant, but I dont know if she has dropsy, her scales on her belly, and the lower part of her sides stick out, but its not an all over thing, could it be that shes just a fat mom, or what. Also (not to be disgusting) shes excreting a white fluffy tube, does anyone know what this could be, she hasnt eaten anything for about 3 days. I've tried flakes, pellets and brine shrimp.
anyone have any ideas on some solutions for these problems?

does she have a problem swimming? does she stay near the surface? if her behavior is out of wack then she has dropsy

she actually died yesterday
but I replaced her with 12 other females.. so hopefully they do well.
