pregnant mollies

I bought some pregnant mollies so we can feed our mosaic gar the fry how long do they stay pregnant

IME experience livebearers can stay pregnant for up to a month or so, though a couple of weeks seems to be more the norm. I have found that when under stress the mothers can hold onto their babies for longer periods of time. And moving is definately a stress.

Gestation period of 3 - 4 weeks.....

how do you know they are pregnant?

They are really swollen and have a gravid spot.
