pretty cool...

Haha, yah. I can't explain it. Something is definitely...amiss...about it. It's a bit disturbing actually. Yet, strangely alluring. Scary.

Wow is she ever flexible! I can fold her right in half and make her upper half disappear behind her leg. That is very interesting.

I think male bashing might be part of this messed up culture we're all living in. I shall never understand it.

The dog thing would be awesome. Or like a spider, or something with a lot of limbs to flop around.

dude, Ima dude, I can bash all the virtual males I want. But, the question is, should I feel guilty for bashing a virtual female? hmmmmmm...

Ok, she obviously does yoga and thus is very flexible...and those are bubbles, so they don't really hurt when she hits them. :D

I think the main purpose was to show off/demonstrate skills in applying real life physics to a computer program. (Forgive me for the lack of correct technical jargon, I'm no tecchy.) And I'd say it's a good bet that a man created it and expected mainly men to look at it, so he put a girl in a bikini because that's what he'd like to see.

lol... you guys make me laugh . . i always get so amused at people's responses at this forum.. :)

But yeah, it is kinda wierd... but I like it... :) I don't think it would look as cool if she was dressed.. (not a sexist comment, could have been a man for that matter).. If she were dressed, i don't think it would give it the same effect of when the joints bend n stuff. . .

As I understand it, this was released as a test for IK chains, gravity simulation and collision detection for Flash (all a bunch of animation stuff). Works incredibly well, too.

And she's fun to toss around. :D

You're kidding!

With all the political correctness, sex harrassment, etc... they didn't use the Pillsbury Dough Boy, or a stick man??

:p: Actually I wasn't offended at all. I mean it IS really strange, but it's really not saying anything about anyone, or any gender. Although it might be more fun to try it with a muscle-bound beefy man. :) Some emotion in the face would really spice it up - like surprise when you pull the figure through a really tight one.
