protein skimmer

I've never had 1 but they do get bad reviews. I do have a prizm which also gets bad reviews but I like mine. Skimmate it gathers smells horrible and that's a good thing.
its a hit or miss. some people like them others hate them. Just like the prizm. i hated mine. I like the JEBO which are basicaly like the seaclone.
Any one have any other thoughts on the JEBO, I saw a few on eBay pretty cheap and would i be better off getting a bigger JEBO or not wasting my money on it at all... My line of thought was to get that now instead of running off of no skimmer then upgrade later to a much nicer one.
