Yeah, it's gone. I found another place last week for $17: http://nimetng.org/product/api-freshwater-master-test-kit-by-api/ . They gave me a first time buyer discount, came to $11.90. I paid with PayPal, so if it's a scam, I can still get my money back.
FOLLOW UP:
This one turned out to be a scam. Since I paid through PayPal, I got a full refund.
