I've got a Pterygoplichthys gibbiceps (sailfin pleco) I "inherited" when I bought a tank from a friend. I dont think I really need 2 that size in a 46g so I'm gonna let this one go to whoever can pick it up.

Good move since they get to 20" which is far too large for a 46 gallon tank. They would be more comfortable in a 75 gallon or larger.

yeah theres 2 in there right now and I plan on getting rid of the other time. There's also 3 bumblebee gobys, I know they're brackish and am in the process of cycling a 10 for them to move into, the mistakes uninformed people make...

. . . . the mistakes uninformed people make...

They are exactly that - mistakes, if you learn from them. If you don't, then I would say ambivalence and laziness on your part and you don't deserve help in killing anymore fish.

It is common to have fish larger than what the tank will allow. Uniformed sales clerks offer more wrong answers to the unknowing populace. The fact you have taken time to learn and are smart enough to get rid of too big a fish gives you credibility.

Thanks, I'm doing my best but now i have 5 tanks up and running to fix all of these mistakes. Just hopin someone will take one of these off my hands soon to help out
