Any clearer pictures? And maybe a better idea of color. Otherwise it looks like a Kenya Tree grown in a shaded area.
It might be a Kenya tree, it's in the shaded part of the rock... I'll see what I can do for pictures

I think it is too tall and too many branches to be a pest anemone

One could argue it is a pest coral. Just not a pest anemone. :evil_lol:

What you could also have, depending on where it came from (if it didn't frag off your existing Kenya's) is a similar species of coral that for all intents and purposes would be labeled a Kenya Tree anyways. There are multiple groups of corals that get called that. A ton of variables and similarities creates quite a bit of potential overlap for identification. Soft corals (well, just about everything except maybe LPS) are a pain like that.

Big News!

Last night I went to the local LFS's and got 2 fish! I got a full grown, or almost full grown blue chromis for $15 ("ok" price)

I read the article in Tropical Fish Hobbyist about triggers being reef safe as long as you keep them well fed. I got a 3 inch Niger triggerfish for $18! I was cautious, and asked them to feed it, and it ate well. My plan is to target feed the trigger krill pieces soaked in Selcon every two days, and to include pieces of greens/lettuce in all of the fish's diet.

The blue chromis is already swimming around, and getting along with everyone, and it looks beautiful :)

The trigger found a favorite cave, and hid there for the night and a few hours. I was able to lure it out with krill soaked in Selcon :) It is starting to swim around a lot more. The trigger is a purplish blue, very cool looking!

The other fish and corals are doing well, and I target fed the corals the leftover Selcon. With the new addition of a trigger I plan on getting some dry rock next time I go to the LFS. Once the trigger hits the 6" mark I will see if I can find a new home with a very large tank :) I understand there is a risk with getting the trigger.

The mysterious coral (flat one on a rock) has gotten kind of pinkish grey, and appears to have grown.ImageUploadedByMonsterAquariaNetwork1361135422.852235.jpg

Trigger looks great!

Not sure i read this somewhere or where but I have this fair memory of Triggers nibbling on corals for their diet sometimes. But hey. He looks great and would take the risk. Well not if I had expensive corals lol :p

Corals possibly. Hermits, snails, etc. definitely.

Very nice trigger, love those fish! I always wanted one but I've heard they're pretty aggressive.
