puffer anatomy

what are the antenna looking things on my GSP's head? just wondernig what the scientific name and reason for them

also, they other day it seemed weird behavior, they were at the top of the water almost with pointed up at almost a 45 degree angle with their noses near the top of the water, any suggestions?

checked water params everythings fine, they didn't have any stress lines so i don't think there was anything wrong, thought maybe lack of oxygen so i put an air stone in to help just in case

Were they gasping, or skimming the surface?

skimming, not gasping, i sometimes see one do it but never all 3, maybe just hungry, they are doing fine and nothing out of the normal is going on with them
