Puffer w/ ich help

Ive got a porcupine puffer with ich . Ive tried a medicated dip with kent rxp that seem to work for a couple of days but then it got worse. I dont have a QT and this is a FOWLR tank. Any suggestions on how to treat this fish? My dogface seems to few spots as well now.

since it's a puffer tank why not use regular meds in the tank? FW baths also help as a last resort.

ok, keep in mind I have no idea what this means: "I dont have a QT and this is a FOWLR tank" so I may be royally embarrassing myself here...and I have only dealt with freshwater. BUT, why not rent a UV sterilizer from your LFS? That will kill the ich...worked for me.

Is there any possible way to set up a temporary QT at all- just need heater/filter/tank...?

What type of meds can I do intank. He is still very active and eats well. I do have a 20 gal I could set up if need be. Treating 110 gal plus sump is alot. With the UV Ive heard they are great for FW tanks but for SW they kill parasites but can also kill good bacteria. The only diff Ive notice in his appearance and activity is his color has lighten. I do have a garlic additive which I could soak some of the krill he eats. Ive heard this helps but doesnt really cure. Thanks for the help.
