i remember hearing about this a long time ago too. loooong time ago
poor dogs. the man probably felt like he was doing the lesser of two evils but its still no excuse for reverting to such barbaric ways
sad thing is, if this story was just about him shooting strays it probably wouldn't have gotten as much attention or sympathy
