What is the best way to disenfect a quaranteen tank that has been used to treat ick, fin rot, etc?

It's a ten-gallon with about an inch of gravel

Is their a good way to do it without bleach?

Could it be done with hot water, and if so, how hot would it need to be?

Thanks in advance

If you leave the tank fishless for ~3 weeks at normal aquarium operating temperatures (70s-low 80sF), there will be no viable Ich left. It cannot survive without hosts.

Radical disinfection is not needed.

can ich use snails as hosts? my quarentine tank houses two mystery snails as inhabitants to keep the bacteria alive. Kyle

Snails and other mollusks are not infected by Ich, it only parasitizes vertebrates.

The water transported with the snail from the LFS may however contain parasites if the LFS tank had an active infestation present. QT'd snails should not be an issue.
