I got some dwarf coral red platies 2 weeks ago and have been in quarantine for 2 weeks now. Some came in pretty bad with clamped and damaged fins. There are a few fish that seem like they are doing fine now with no signs of illness. Would it be safe to move the healthier ones from quarantine into my main tank or should I leave them in there until the rest are healthy?

My own practice is to maintain new fish in quarantine for no less than a month (full 4 weeks), regardless of where they come from or their condition. The assumption should always be that if any in a group has something suspicious, all are compromised (unless it is clearly only a physical damage situation). Quarantine should be longer if there is evidence of any type of compromising health issues.
A number of people advocate for much longer quarantine length.
Sometimes one may get away with it, but it is just not worth it. And when it bites, it can be a disaster.
