Agree with Fishieness, I am no expert by any means, but I would start with some Monti's, Caps,Digitata, and encrusting varieties. Maybe some Hydnophora,Pocillopora,Scroll(cup coral), whatever I guess. At first, I would buy cheaper stuff, things you could afford to lose if you run into problems and while you hone your SPS husbandry. Make sure tank is clean(filters, sand, etc),No phosphates, very limited nitrates, lots and lots of flow, and optimal levels for Alk, Cal, Mg and SR ALWAYS. Temp can vary slightly usually a couple of degrees won't bother anything. Don't let it get too hot, 76 to 80 at the most, IMO. Some may run higher temps, I keep mine between 77 and 79, sometimes will see 80 for a short period, the less the swings the better. Hope this helps some, if you have any ?'s, please ask, I'll be glad to help you out if I can.
