quick ick treatment with a loach?

I have a dojo loach, and the rest of my tank has a very bad case of ick. I've been doing half treatments, but it doesn't seem to be working very well. My pictus catfish have it really bad, and it started to go away, but it has come back with a vengance. What I wanted to know is if my loach can get ick, or carry it, so maybe I could put him in my other tank and speed up the healing jprocess, or if there was some way I could speed up the treatment with him in tthe tank without hurting him.

Also, Can I build up to regular doses? Or do I have to stay at half doses?

What treatment are you using? Have you bumped the temp up?

My boyfriend has been doing the treatments with Jungle's ick clear fizzy tabs, and he did raise the temperature, but only to 76f, which he thinks is a lot, I guess. He won't listen to me about the temp. We do have a little salt in the tank, but I'm not sure how much. We probably should put in more. But What about my loach?

Hi the treatemnt for loach ich is 84 degrees lots and I mean lots of areation and 10 days FULL strength Mardel labs maracide. Don't worry it is very loach safe. It is also safe for your bio filter.
