Hi,I added some plant bulbs to my tank and i am not to experienced with bulbs.I was wondering if after they sprout plants from them with roots can I cut them from the bulbs?I have full grow plants from them already.I forgot their names but that have arrow shape leafs on them. Can some one let me know this. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the replies and the links.I have identified them as Nymphaea sp..A lily type they are growing fine and I will just leave them alone.I was just wondering if at some point will the main stem coming from the bulb disconnect from the actual plant and go dormant. The plants have their own roots right now.I will look into these pages tonight! Thanks rockhead44
