My 75 has 4 species of cichlids from Uruguay where the water temperature gets quite cool in the winter. I'll let it drop down to around 68 for a few months this winter.

I'd like to add some schooling fish for the upper regions of the tank. Can rainbow fish handle water temperatures in the 60s?

Any particular species I should look for?

odd...why was this moved to cold water? most of the 'bows are still tropical but can tolerate cooler waters.

I moved it here since the whole thing is focused on the cooler temperature bracket and there may be some coldwater enthusiasts who may miss it in General FW especially as a lot of them frequent this forum. Can't miss the opportunity to ask their opinions or ideas on this one.

Coldwater section is basically synonymous with goldfish, but I'm probably not going to go with the rainbows anyway.
