are they able to put together in a 55 gallon planted tank? I need some stocking ideas too. I know I few different small schools of them.

Raphaels can be a danger to any other fish in the tank that's small enough to fit into their mouths.
Depending on the size of the corys. If your corys are larger like Paleatus then you're fine. One tip is make sure the corys are well fed before lights out. Most Raphs come out after dark. Corys are lovable but are dumb as a box of rocks when it come to other fish not liking them. With plants and hides you should be OK.
