I posted my original tank specs 6 months ago but now that everything is up and going and im started on my 2nd tank i thought id through in an update and some new questions.
My first tank is
29 gal
65 watt light
heavily planted
1 Black Molly
1 White Molly
2 Neon Tetras
2 Saes
2 Gold Guaramie
2 Sword Tails
1 Clown loach
1 Rainbow shark
1 Blue Ram
been set up for about 6 months now and everything is doing great, very happy with my 1st tank.
I thought that as some of those fish started getting bigger i might bennefit to move them to another tank so i set up a 20 gal. I recently realized that i have a pregnant Sword tail. so i figured i would let her have her babies in the 20 gal. Is this gonna be too big of a tank for the littly fry?. ANy tips that anyone can give would be helpful ive read some water conditions etc but no real first hand tips. is there anything else i can have in the tank, other then plants, that wont bother the fry? I was thinking ghost shrimp to help with algae etc., tanks been going for a few weeks with plants etc. need to get a better light but waiting for some cash flow so i can upgrade the 30 gal and use the 30 gal light on the 20 gal so i'll have 2.5-3 wats per gal on each tank.
Again thanks for listening, any tips would be helpful
