reccomendation needed

of a pleco or catfish that will eat algae, flakes, algae wafers etc.... approx 4 inches max ( or that will fit comfortably in a 30 gallon aquarium)

I want it to be pretty too

Probably best bet is either a Clown or a Rubbernose. Bristlenose's grow to 6 inches but that is about the only true dwarfs of the family. If you wanted to look outside the family Otocinclus max at one inch. They are the best algae eaters.
