a few things....increase flow some what, check your phosphates and nitrate levels because it is prolly feeding the cyano...

Syphon out what you can untill you start to get it under control...

Can you check for the above levels and let us know please...

Just to add, do good and regular water changes, lower your lighting cycle and feeding, and lastly increase your water flow in these ares, cyano likes calm waters so if you keep a good flow in your tank it will really help!!
