are red phantom tetras normaly twitchy one died when i was on vacation and the last one is twitching but i think they always did that

what do you mean by twitching? most fish look like they are twitching but in fact they are just staying in one place and moving against water movement.

how big is your tank, how many RFT's do you have, are there other species of tankmates, what are the water parameters, how often do you do a partial water change?

its a 10 gal with an oto and
a common pleco that i am moving to my 55gal i know its not big enough but it came with the tank i would never buy one knowing how big they get
there was 4 one inch shutz corys but i think they all died i just got them but i only found one dead the other three may have got eaten by the snails (from plants ) or the pleco 6"
there was 2 red phantom tetras but onre died when i was on vacation

maybe it is just tring to stay still

With all those deaths, I wouldn't bet on it.

Tank parameters and maintenance routine? Need you to help with info so we can help you.

:)

ammonia and nitrites are at 0ppm

I have 5 red phantom tetras and they all do that, so I think its natural.
