When I first set up a 10 gallon tank I bought, I put in 3 red plateys. Two died a shortly after. I was new to fish keeping. Once the tank had cycled, I added 3 Zebra Danios, and 3 Neon Tetras. I still had the one Red Platey. About 2 months had passed and suddenly she had 8 babies. How is this possible?
