My question is how could you NOT see that thing swimming around??? I mean come on I know the display tank had to be huge but a 4 foot worm I would think would be kinda hard to miss even in a rocky reef setting.

They're nocturnal.
Very hard to see in the dark
Especially when there isn't 24/7 surveillance

When it's under thousands of pounds of rock and is nocturnal, it can be just a tad bit hard.

omg....that thing is wicked...I'm surprised someone at monsterfishkeepers haven't decided to build a tank for it yet.

They're probably working on it right now, maybe he can comment on it.

As if the parasite with the the big eyes wasn't enough before bedtime...this is 10x worse!:eek3:
