Hey Gang,

I have a pretty huge reef tank that I'm selling. It's a custom size, glass aquarium with overflows and built-in outputs. The tank is ~ 58L" x 30H" x 30D". I've got a Dolphin 4700 pump, a double Lifeguard 36" mechanical filter stack and a triple Lifeguard 36" UV stack. I've also got a nice 40G plexi that I was using as a sump.

Here's the deal: After my second kid, I converted to freshwater to simplify my life and free up some time. Well, Now that I've got a better handle on my maitanance schedule, I'm going to go with a smaller, simpler freshwater system. There's no need for all the stuff i have, so here it goes.

If you and 3 friends want to spend a few hours at my place (in the Oakland Hills) clearing the tank, disassembling the gear, and lugging the tank down a flight of stairs (wide) to your truck, I'd be willing to negotiate a really sweet deal. The tank is heavy and will require 4 people to move it. You'll also need about 6 five-gallon buckets to haul the gravel (about 200 lbs) and rocks.

If you're interested, drop me a line. I can send photos of the various components and we can discuss terms. I realize that I can put this on Craig's list and have someone haul it away for free, but there's actually some very valuable stuff in the kit.

Let me know,
