Rena 300 air pump noise

I have a rena 400 that I have sitting behind a wall because it sooo loud! lets just say i am not happy with this one, but I am not turning this away, i would probably get a different one, different rena that is, heard nothing but good things about them

I have a 300 and it was quiet for a month or so and then it became noiser by the day. I took it apart and found out that one of the plastic pins holding the respirator had broken. I used some super glue and it has been quiet ever since. That could be the problem.
