Hi guys could anyone provide me with a website for good reef care (espessially anemomes and corals)

Anemone should never be in a tank less then 75G they REQUIRE Halides, also spot feeding. they are sensitive to water Fluxuations of any sort. new anemone sholnt be exposed to clown fish as they tend to "love" them to death. Max knows' more on thier care and has some awsome Articles about them herenhttp://www.aquariacentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=53000

:) Really nice site. Thanks I really enjoyed reading through her advise and experiences. Alot of info aquired.

info on anemones

Don't think I can agree with the comment about anenomes needing a particularly large tank. Certainly an established one with halide lighting and stable water quality. I have had a red BTA in an established Aquamedic Chromis Cube for the last 18 months and it thrives. It has split once and now have two excellent examples. They both feed well on chopped muscle and other good meaty frozen foods.

One interesting thing did occur recently, I haved a pair of percula clowns who live happily in one of the BTA's. I saw a lonely anenome shrimp at a retailer recently so I purchased it for the other BTA. It lasted less than 5 minutes, the BTA ate it!! It approached the BTA very gingerly, holding the tips in its claws and stroking down them, it moved towards the centre and that was it. Before I could do anything it was completely closed up. I was assured that BTA's were fine with these shrimp, is this unusual?

HAHAHAHAHA
i'm sorry.... but that story almost seemed like a king-kongish tribal sacrifice
anyways, i do agree with you that anenomes dont require large aquariums although it is easier to maintain good water quality in larger aquariums. they can definatly be kept in smaller ones, they just need a little more maitinence.
