After many years away from aquarium keeping, the siren call of fishies, filters, and tacky ornaments is too much for me to resist!
Seriously, for more than two decades I've lived in apartment buildings that haven't allowed aquariums, but I never lost my love for the hobby. Fingers crossed, I can talk the current managers into allowing me a 36-gallon bowfront. If not, I'll move!
(Some of you may notice the date I joined this forum -- that was when I thought management would allow me a tank, but they changed their minds, so I drifted away. But now I'm back. I've noticed others in this complex with aquaria: apparently they didn't make the mistake of asking, first.)
Anyway, I know a lot has changed since I was last deep into fish-keeping, so you'll see me around the various fora asking all sort of newbie questions. In advance, it's a pleasure to meet y'all.
