hello yall does neone know a place where i can go get slate or shale rocks?? i dont really want to have to do it over the internet but if thats the way i have to do it then i will i need a pretty good amount but i dont have alot of money any help is appriciated thanks guys and gals
Call your local landscape supply yard.... I just bought 70 lbs of black slate for my tank for $16.
Was FUN too! Pulled into their yard, they have a giant scale that you park your car on, they weigh you, then you back up to the slate and go diggin' through the pile for the pieces you want... once you load it up, you drive back onto their scale, they weigh you again and you go in and pay! I had a ball....
