Rosy barb staying near bottom...

Dont know whats wrong with it. No fin-nips or ich signs...

Belly seems to be a bit bigger then the other ones, but i notice a whiteish dot behind her anal fin, i think it IS on her anis. Also breathing a lil faster then the others. Can swim around to get away from the other fish (not that anyones chaseing it) but dose not eat?

HELP??...

How are your water parameters? Does the barb eat normally? Does it have plenty of plants/hiding places?

yeah theres plenty of plants, last time i saw it eat was last night, havent changed my water for about...2weeks, but i will do that tomarrow as i noramly do water changes around every 3weeks.
