Sad News

I'm so sorry, Lila. My mom is my best friend, I can't imagine what is must be like to lose someone so close to you. You have my sympathies.
 
Thanks everyone. You guys are among the best e-buddies a person could ask for. And for those who don't even know me and offer sympathy...thanks. That says a lot about you.

I'm so sorry Lila. Life is such an ordeal at times that words cannot convey.

And there honestly is nothing to say.

But I feel it. I truly do.
 
I too Lila, am very sorry for your loss. There is nothing that anyone can say(even though they mean well) that will make the greiving any easier other than time. I do know how you feel as I went through this just 5 years ago. As the time has passed I have come to realize that my Mom was to special a person to have to suffer any longer than she did, even though her death caused me to "suffer". Just be thankful your Mom is in a better place.
 
Lila, sorry to hear about your loss. I'll keep you in my prayers. I lost my dad going on three years ago now-you always miss them, but it does get easier.

I too wish to offer my condolences like the others. We're all friends here and we'll be here for you. I'm also sure she is in a much better place right now and doing well. I lost my grandmother a couple years ago and soon after, she appeared in my dreams and told me she's happy and is with her friends as well as her first son who had passed away long ago. This made me feel like there really is a beyond...Hopefully you will receive a sign which may give you some added comfort.
