SAE Compatibility Question

I have a rainbow shark and a SAE in the same 30 gallon tank and they get along just fine. The only problem I have is with the black shark, George. That is George’s tank and he makes sure all the other fish know it.
Whats the age of the Rainbow Shark? My rainbow shark is one of those who makes sure everyone knows who's boss. He like to chase fish around every now and then to remind them of his alpha status in the pecking order. Heck even the Tiger Barbs yield to him.
