Seachem Ferts on House Plants?

I just got a couple pounds of dry ferts to replace the liquid ones I was using in my tank and I wanted to know if I could use the liquid Seachem ferts on the plants in my vivarium instead of wasting them.

i dont see why not. you can use the dry ones in there too.... i water change to the trees for that very reason.

Agreed.. house plants would probably love it. Just be sure not to dose to much..

Why not continue to use the Seachem ferts in your tank until they run out?

Or just keep using them in your tanks until they're gone and give your house plants the water from your water changes.

There won't be enough nitrogen in aquatic fertilisers for house plants. Because the fish produce nitrogenous wastes, aquatic fertilisers either contain no nitrogen at all or only low levels. For houseplants, nitrogen is generally the most important fertiliser. Your waste water from water changes will be far better for them than aquatic fertilisers.

Fish waste is amazing for plant growth, they even sell it as a fert for gardens. I used to water my parent's roses when I lived at home, what a difference, since my dad never fed the plants.
