LG, with low light plants such as anubias and java fern, you really dont need to add many ferts, if any at all.
I would definately not be adding sea salt to the tank, or any other salt really unless its what the fish need to live. Remember, there is a difference between salt and salts, salt is NaCl *sodium chloride), salts are a make up of minerals and such. The two are totally different. IMO anyone telling you you need salt in your tank on a regular basis just because you really dont need to listen to, and IMO the rest of the advice they have to offer in other aspecs of aquaria need to be researched. It still gets to me how many ppl believe that NaCl is some miracle worker that should be used as a staple in fish keeping. Its wonderful to treat disease, but thats about it.
