I have a 58 gal tank and my severums spawned a little over 2 weeks ago. This was around their 4th attempt. They usually ate the eggs, however this time there were sucessful. They share the tank wit a syn decorus, 2 banjo cats and 3 rasbora tetra's. Slowly the babies were being picked off by the others. Last week I have removed the tetras and have placed a divider in the tank at this time I only have 3 surviving babies. These 3 are doing fine since they are seperated but they are with the parents. They love to protect their babies. Here is my problem. Early this morning they have laid more eggs. Looks to be around 150 or more. Just wondering will the 3 older babies still be allright in the tank? Or should I get a small tank and put the babies in there? Thanks for any advice.
