Hi all..
So I admit, this may be a stupid question. But it's genuine.
I'm absolutely in love with cory catfish. And I want a tank for just cories. I was just wondering. Do they need a lot of space to swim up and down? I know that they do swim to the surface at times, but as long as there is a lot of surface area, but not much vertical swimming space, will they be okay? I was thinking along the lines of a plastic bin, not to high, but long. Any oppositions to this idea? I have the fishes best interest in mind, which is why i'm asking rather than just doing, so I'd appreciate no rude remarks. Thanks in advanced!

they dont need a tall tank. pygmys though typically swim all over the place unlike other cories that stay around the bottom. just make sure what ever you use is cycled and keep up with the water changes. a 33 long might be a great tank for them if you go with a tank.
So would i be able to keep maybe panda cories? Thanks for your response!
