Shrimp friendly loaches?

I am in the process of setting up a 29g planted tank, and I was toying with the idea of doing an Asian themed tank (rasboras, loaches, shrimp, maybe a dwarf gourami etc.). I was thinking about stocking some cherry shrimp, but I've read that loaches will eat the little guys. Are there any shrimp friendly loaches?

I like the yoyo's and the skunks, but I've heard that yoyo's get too big, and skunks are aggressive. That leaves kuhli's and dwarves (Yasuhikotakia sidthimunki). I like the look of the dwarves better but they're more expensive. What are my options here? Are there any shrimp friendly loaches that will also conduct snail patrols?

Any information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Burmese Loach? they go by a few names but I think the Latin name is somewhere along the lines of Botia angelicus and they reach somewhere in the area of like 6''

I would try kuhli types rather than botia, baby shrimp will be food no matter. I have some lepidiocephylichthys sp that are tiny & probably shrimp safe..MAYBE sidthimunki with adult shrimp but they may harass or eat the little shrimps, risky, but I haven't tried it.

The only loaches I can think of that would be snail safe would be the kuhli and Hillstream. Though Hillstreams require fast moving cooler water which would probably not work for your other inhabitants.
