shrimping it large....

Hi, i`ve set my mind on having some freshwater shrimps in a new 40 litre tank that i just got.
I dont know which shrimps i should be getting though. some help/suggestions would be very welcome.

I`d like to feed them guppy fry but i cant have them growing big. Is there a small type of shrimp that will eat guppy fry?
Could i mix these kind of shrimp with filter feeding shrimp?

if i could be recomended with types of shrimp to create a nice colourful enviroment which occasionally feeds off the guppy fry and some off the algae it would be great!!!

i`m already setting up a nice sandy environment with plenty of rocks and hiding places.......

any help would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.

ghost shrimp will eat guppy fry, but youd prolly have to freeze the fry first as i dont suspect the shrimp can catch live fish.

dont any shrimp feed off live guppy fry?

seems like any fry would be too fast for a shrimp to catch, try a cherry barb instead, they will eat anything and chase down the fry all day.
