Sick Anemone

It got sucked into a powerhead about 5 weeks ago. It only lost a few tentacles and seemed fine. It was, however, in the back of the tank. I recently moved it to the original position where it had been happy for about a year. But now it's lookin' pretty unhealthy.

I've adjusted the flow more towards it, so hopefully that will help. All other corals are healthy.

Any ideas to help this thing recover?

OR

Should i just throw it in a plastic bag and freeze it?

Same thing happened to mine a couple weeks ago. I just left mine alone, any changes to the tank will just cause more stress. Mine moved to a new spot the same day and has been there since. My maroon clown is still living in what tenacles are left and all of the ones that were ripped off are growing back nicely. I've been feeding it two salad shrimp a week.
