sick cory

I noticed my spotted cory is very lethargic, I spotted him laying on one pectoral fin. He has a red bulge on his groin. He is only about 1.5 years old. It's so sad, he has been very lethargic for the last two days, just laying in the front of the tank. I really hope he can pull through this, he is very sweet.

I agree, they do seem thin. Have you tried medicating them for internal parasites?
