My smaller curvicep, supposedly the male, seems to be acting not so good. Came home and thought he was dead for a second, hanging in backcorner/surface, but then he swam away. Now he is hanging out in between two leaves of the sword plant, breathing a little heavy I think. Bigger female and two africans, whitefins I think, are fine. First pic is patient, second is female.

Ammonia: 0, Nitrite: 0, Nitrate: 20-30ppm, Hardness: 120ppm, KH: 180ppm, ph: ~7.6

The second picture looked like Dorsigerus instead of Curviceps.

The curviceps might be picked by the tank mates. Also, Laetacara species like to hang out by the plants (mine do that all the time).

Keep the tank light off for a while and observe how he is doing. If he started to swim around while tank light is off...that means something must spooked him recently.
