Sick Laetacara. Help and Advise please

I have a sick Laetacara that appears to have some type of cyst/fungus growing below it's mouth. (See Pic). I've had him in a 10G tank and have been treating with E.M. ERYTHROMYCIN and MAROXY since Sunday. While the wound does not appear as inflammed as it did, it also does not seem to be healing. Am I just being impatient or should I try something else. I was thinking about Malachite Green and Formalin. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as this is my only male breeder of this species. Tank Details 10G, PH6.5, Temp 85, Ammon/Nit 0. Thanks everyone

try a combination of pimafix/ melafix. they work great together.

before dosing put the fish in a bowl and float it in the top of the tank. add all but the dose for 5X the size of your container of melafix (5 gallon dose for 1 gallon bucket.) and put the dose in the bucket and release the fish and the water into the tank about 3 seconds after adding it. this will concentrate the dosing.

how have you been using E.M.? you should be dosing every 12 hours. and remove carbon.

Thanks for the input, I've been dosing the EM every 24 (Pkg Instructions), did remove the carbon from the filter. Since the meds are in the water now, will there be any chance of overdosing using your method?
