my female lyretail swordtail has been lingering around the bottom all day, and has a red spot on her head. im worried she got brain damage or something. ive had her since friday, so it shouldnt be new tank syndrome. what is this?

Is the tank Cycled? What are your water parameters (Ammonia,Nitrite,Nitrate,pH, gH, kH) and please don't say fine, give us numbers.
