A little background on the tank: 55g, a recent ich outbreak (treated with salt, heat, and ich-attack). The ich is now gone.
Ammonia:0
Nitrite: 0
All water parameters are fine.

Now...we have a black molly that has white stringy poo (have not been feeding it anything different). One if it's gills seems to be swollen and tiny white stringy things on it as well. It's eyes are also cloudy. Lowered apatite, likes to hid and sit in one spot; has been doing this for about 3 days.
Any idea of what this might be, and what kind of treatment I should do?

Does the white stringy thing look like this one in the photo?

Is that coloration normal on the fish? The cloudy eye and other symptoms is probably a bacterial infection, especially if that's an anchor worm on there. If that is an anchor worm, that site has some treatment options. I'd also use an antibiotic like Maracyn Two as well. I think you're probably best off treating the entire tank with the parasite infection, but I've never dealt with them. maybe someone with experience can chime in........
